Our cattle are all-natural, grass fed beeves. They receive no artificial
hormones or antibiotics. We use an intensive grazing pattern for feeding our cattle, which gives us a daily opportunity to
look our cattle over and make sure they are happy. The cattle are raised in a stress-free environment which helps to keep
them healthy, and happy!
We have found a USDA-Inspected butcher, and now have our Salad Bar
